The Wellness Transformation Academy is a program specifically designed to help you transform your health and life overall with ease. We help people looking to lose weight, have more energy, have better sleep, feel less stressed and so much more.
Sleep is one of the key determining factors for how good you feel, how much fat you store, and how productive and intelligent you are.
Being healthy and well is as equally tied to nutrition as it is to movement. Movement doesn't have to mean beating yourself up at the gym. It can be fun and enjoyable.
Learning to eat in a way that keeps our blood sugar balanced is very important. Blood sugar crashes can leave us feeling sluggish, moody, anxious, depressed or even angry.
Stress can cause many problems in our health and lives overall such as weakened immune systems, forgetfulness, irritability, aggression and even substance abuse.
We will teach you the skills necessary in order to be healthy and live a healthy lifestyle; a skill set that the education system and society have failed to teach us. WTA will help you transform your life. We believe that normal diet and exercise programs do a disservice to their students by simply supplying a workout program and/or a meal guide. This is why their students don't experience lasting change once their program has ended and often times gain all of the weight back and then some.
We have developed this program and principles over many years and it has proven to be effective for thousands of students. Being healthy is a lifestyle, not a quick fix, but we will help you get there and achieve your wellness goals. We implement our proven method of the three pillars to help our students transform their lives. Each week, students will have a one-on-one Zoom meeting with one of our coaches, during which we will go over new skills and mindset changes. Students will be asked to complete action steps for the week which may consist of worksheets, activities or experiments
We take a 360 degree approach to your health around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress levels. You will learn foundational skills for health transformation such as how to listen to your body and optimize your sleep so you're recovering well and are becoming the best version of yourself.
Many people have the knowledge and skills to create change but the change never sticks. We will take all of the skills you learned in Pillar #1 and turn them into behaviors that allow you to have a long lasting change.
This is the most important pillar because after motivation dies down you'll need support and discipline to continue to make make progress towards your goals. Our program offers 1 on 1 support to help to keep you accountable via weekly video chats, email and text messages.
Small changes
At WTA we believe in meeting our clients where they are at in their health journey. We recommend little changes over time because too many large changes at once can be overwhelming and unsustainable. What's the point in getting healthy for 6 months or for a year if you just revert back to where you were. We want to help you transform your life and create change that lasts.

Change is scary but sometimes necessary and ultimately inevitable. I’ve started on my transformation, working towards my version 2.0. I’m now always aware of my eating, sleep patterns, trying not to stay in the trenches and trying to avoid that darn Niagara syndrome. I’ll continue to review my Becoming Journal, the movement and wheel of wellness and wheel of health. I’ll keep refining my “whats” and “whys”, anchors and north stars. I’ll use the tools this program has given me to reach that healthier version of myself. And after I reach version 2.0, I’ll start reaching for version 3.0!

As of right now we only offer 1 on 1 coaching during a 3 month, 6 month or 9 month period. After the coaching period is over however, you are free to rejoin and continue on your health journey with us.
At WTA we take on a different approach and focus on the Becoming Process. We don't just bombard our students with meal plans and workout plans which we all know never really lasts. Our programs focus on things such as the deeper reason for wanting to "get fit" and becoming the kind of person we need to become in order to achieve our goals. This approach leaves our students with a lasting transformation that they can see and feel long after they've graduated our program.

A strategy session is a free 1 on 1 call where we discuss the challenges you're having and your current health goals. The purpose of this call is to see if we are a good fit for each other. Here at WTA we only take on a select number of students at a time, so that we may provide the best support and value to our students.
